I truly enjoyed the place, it was overall clean & the stuff where helpful and accommodating. The location was handy and decent for me as it was short walk to the train station, downtown, and Naters for very lon. I had perfectly pleasant days staying at this brand-new hotel...

Our stay here for 2 nights was a PERFECT 10/10 experience. the room was modern and compact, featuring a complimentary bottle of sparkling water, a balcony, and a Nespresso coffee machine. the restaurant was stylish, and we both enjoyed delicious savory dishes.

we loved it, especially its location and staff. there is cafe zenhausern backerei cafe, set 800 feet walk away.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. the location is fantastic. It's close to the train station, making it easy to access various ski areas. Secondly, the staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. Lastly, the rooms with balconies facing the front were a fantastic feature. It was lovely sitting out there and enjoying the mountain views.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's attention to detail and value for money. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding ski areas. the rooms are elegantly decorated, and the bathrooms are fitted with high-quality amenities. the friendly staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast selection is diverse and delicious.

The common spaces in the hotel look outdated and could use some renovations to match the modern elegance of the rooms.

The parking space was unique. Where else can you park next to alpacas? The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and other attractions. Besides, there's plenty of free parking available. Another great aspect was the beautifully cleaned bathroom filled with lots of toiletries. I also love how they kept the room spotless and provided comfy beds to sleep on.

There's no reception in the hotel: we had to walk to another hotel across the street to check-in. It was time-consuming and quite inconvenient, especially when we needed some assistance. Moreover, our room was way too hot for comfort, which made it challenging to get some rest. We also heard noisy guests banging doors, which made it difficult to have a peaceful night.

The hotel had great facilities and was very clean. They provided plenty of toiletries and even had a complimentary bottle of water in the room. The location was convenient as it was close to both the train station and downtown.
